The MPA and DipticApp are very pleased to congratulate Cesar Rodriguez-Becerra for being our First Place winner in the 3rd Annual Mobile Photography Awards Photo Essay with his behind-the-scenes look at the Mexican national sport of charreada, Charros. Our Second Place award goes to Ali Jardine for The Gravity of it All.
